The Four Questions Answered

English translation of

Sirajuddin Isa’i key char swalon ka jawab

by Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad

Translated by Hamid Rahman

In 1897, a Christian convert from Islam, Robert Sirajuddin, who later became prominent as a professor in Forman Christian College, Lahore, addressed four questions to Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, to compare the beliefs of Islam and Christianity on the following points:

  1. How salvation is attained?
  2. Why do believers in One God belonging to other religions need to accept Islam?
  3. The concept of love for God and God’s love.
  4. Jesus and the Holy Prophet Muhammad as being the “light” for their followers.

Hazrat Mirza’s replies were published in a small book in Urdu, an English rendering of which is presented in this book entitled The Four Questions Answered.
